Sr. Application Engineer - Taiwan Mask Processing Center

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Job located in Taiwan near Hsinchu 
• Provide expert level applications support to Pixer’s leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing customers
• Run and manage all customer demo activities and support Sales and Marketing activities as required
• Responsible for processing customer masks received under CDC processing agreements.  Provide technical consulting as required.
• Responsible to track and report new developments in the Lithography space in the APAC market

Requirements:

• Residency in Taiwan with the ability to travel abroad as required
• Excellent oral and written English skills a requirement
• Fluent Chinese oral and/or written skills a benefit
• BS in Engineering or Physics required: MS a benefit
• At least 3 years of experience as an application eng. in a high-tech company required: experience in Lithography a big benefit
• Strong analytical, computer and technical skills
• Familiarity with laser & optical systems a benefit
• Ability to perfom under pressure: both internal and with customers
• Custmer friendly personality required

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert level applications support to Pixer’s leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing customers
• Participate and lead applications related activities such as tool demonstrations, tool testing by customers, new applications development, etc
• Participate in R&D activities and writing definitions for future features/products
• Get involved in Semiconductor manufacturing - mainly lithography processes - at Fabs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the high-tech industry - Advantage
• Residency in the North part of Israel near Karmiel – Required
• Studying for Engineering degree or Physics with proven high marks – Required
• 3rd year of completed studies or more – Required
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability to travel abroad for 1-2 week periods
• Ability to perform under customer and factory pressure situations
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with laser & optical systems – Advantage
